We’re sure that you’ll love Le Moors as much as our staff and residents do; it was our first care home back in 1989. This beautiful Victorian House, formerly a Police Station, is now home to 8 young adults with learning difficulties. The Management of the home organises regular activities and outings for everyone so they can keep both physically and mentally active. It is the perfect choice for younger people, over 18 years of age, in need of residential learning disability care.

Food & Nutrition

At Le Moors our chef prepares tasty and nutritious dishes for our residents on a daily basis. We ensure that all our residents have a balanced diet, and our chef is more than happy to accommodate for specific dietary requirements or personal preferences. Manager Barbara says:

“If you are looking for a residential care home that caters for individuals with learning disabilities then Le Moors may be perfect for you. It’s a lovely place to work, all the carers and the residents are lovely. If you want to come and visit then just get in touch and we can arrange a time to suit you.”
